Cannot Re-attach SQL Server

I was attempting to use the Copy Database Wizard, and halfway through
the connection was broken. The database was unattached by the wizard,
and now when I try and reattach it I keep getting Error 5105 about the
path to the ndf file being incorrect. It is correct, I even pasted it
into Explorer but SQL just cannot find it. Any ideas?

You do not say how you are attaching this, but try using sp_attach_db in
Query analyser if you are using Enterprise Manager to do this.

Cannot load the DLL xpweb70.dll

Hi all
Have you ever used [Web assistant Wizard] in Sql server to create a web page from a predefined [Select] statement or Stored procedure??
when i want to do so and when i complete the Wizard i encounter with the following Error message :

Error 22272: Cannot load the DLL xpweb70.dll, or one of the DLLs it references. Reason: 126(error not found).

I suppose you are using sql2000. Some other users have also encountered this problem and raised it up. Solution is try to install the lasted service package. More informaton you can refer to

cannot import table in management studio wizard. ODBC Error

Im using the Tasks/Import wizard in Management Studio for a 2005 MSSQL to import a table from another database, same MSSQL server

on my machine im having: mssql 2000 (default instance), mssql 2005. 2000 is not running, only 2005.

(by the way: all .net tools like Management Studio, Database explorer in VS 2005 and so on NEVER find the 2005 instance in the combo for available servers ! i always have to enter it manually)

I am always getting:

Operation stopped...

- Initializing Data Flow Task (Success)

- Initializing Connections (Success)

- Setting SQL Command (Success)

- Setting Source Connection (Error)

Messages

The connection "SourceConnectionOLEDB" is not found. This error is thrown by Connections collection when the specific connection element is not found.

I tried all scenarios:

different databases / tables in same server / different servers, 1 talbe, many....

it always stops there !

What do I have to do ? It is impossible to work like that !

Cannot find select stored procedure wizard in SQL 2000

I was using the SQL 2000 stored procedure wizard to create stored
procedures. I can create insert, delete and update SPs however I am
not able to create the select SP. The wizard does not offer the option
of selecting "select" type SP. thank you for your replys

Select is not supported through the CREATE PROCEDURE wizard. Try using Query
Analyser and the CREATE PROCEDURE statement described in books online.

If you require select statements for a given table you can right click the
table in object browser and script the select statement to a new window.

Cannot find publication wizard

Can any one help me plzz,

Im using sql server 2005 which came with visual studio, and when i wanted to create a publication using sql server management studio. But i could not find the publication folder in the replication folder under my database.
