Hi,
We have an error who arrived at each 10 hours 3 minutes. For 3 minutes
approximativley we have this error:
**********************************
Source : Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
Description : Cannot generate SSPI context (Unspecified error)
**********************************
This error arrived when an application server try to connect to Database
server (sql server).
I think that the problem is relative to the synchronisation of time between
the two server. But I'm not sure. Someone experienced this problem? How did
you correct the problem?
I do this command at the command prompt for synchronise time and test if
it's function properly. w32tm -v -once -test
On the application server we have no delay with the server who synchronise.
But between the database server and this server we have 1 seconds of
intervall in minus.
We use the tcp/IP protocol (winsock) for connecting to sql server. The
authentification is by windows. I changed the connectionString with a user
ID and a password, I don't know if it resolved my problem. I will know at
13:15 this day.
Stop the service W32time is a good idea? Do you think that the
synchronisation of time is necessary?
Thank for your help
Dan
