'cannot generate sspi context'

Hello,
a client of me has upgraded its win2000 professional to Windows Xp. When
he first tries to connect to sql2000 all is well, but after +/- 20 minutes
he get the error 'cannot generate sspi context' when trying to connect to
the sql server again.
Any suggestions
